•  Raised a concern over if the Ministry is encouraging managers enough to 
check in regularly with their direct reports. Leads noted the importance of 
highlighting these conversations both at induction and with new managers. 
•  Emphasised the role of the Growth and Performance Framework in Health 
and Safety. 
•  Noted they are comfortable with the work programme and appreciated the

 is doing.
