Hope you both are doing well. It's been just over a year since Towing and Recovery took over the
contract from Alfawest City Towing. I thought it would be a great time to catch up over a cup of
coffee, either at our premises or a café. As one of the main providers for West Auckland, I think this
is the perfect opportunity for our annual catch-up. Some of the topics that I want to touch base on
is the following:

Feedback on SLA's
Stolens
Abandons
Possible Storage Relocation
I wasn't certain who the primary point of contact is, as both of you have served as my contacts for
