We are unable to extract a breakdown of provider types for the Integrated Care Pathways
Musculoskeletal contract. It would not be possible to determine this information without a manual
search through hundreds of individual vendor records, requiring substantial collation and research.
This decision has been made under section 18(f) of the Act.
In making this decision, we have considered extending the timeframe, or charging, as required under
section 18A of the Act. However, we consider that neither of these options would enable us to avoid a
significant and unreasonable impact on our operations.
