Thank you for your request of 25 October 2025, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
For each [overseas]
trip, please provide:
1. Destination(s)
2. Dates and itinerary (including any planned activities or engagements)
3. Purpose and rationale for the travel (including business case or approval records as held)
4. Total cost to ACC, broken down by major expense category (e.g., flights, accommodation,
meals, incidentals, other travel-related costs)
5. Supporting material evidencing the value or outcomes of the travel, including:
- Trip reports, debriefs, or post-travel summaries
- Any presentations or artefacts produced
- Documented learnings applied or expected to be applied to ACC operations.
6. Any travel-related gifts, hospitality, or upgrades received, paid for either by ACC or third
parties (including the nature and monetary value)

Between 1 January 2025 and 25 October 2025, Michael Frampton took two overseas trips, one to/from
Auckland and Melbourne and the other to/from Auckland and Sydney. The details requested about
these trips, including dates and costs are provided excel document attached.
