Please provide the latest version of the safety in design register for the Melling Transport 
Improvements project. 
The fol owing documents fal  within the scope of your request and are enclosed:

Attachment 1: SID as of 29 October 2025 for the Mel ing Transport Improvements project.
Certain information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act. This section al ows for the 
withholding of information to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural 
persons. 
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other factors 
which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available. 
In line with NZTA policy, this response wil  soon be published on our website, with personal
