Thank you for your email of 11 October 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovafion and 
Employment (MBIE) requesfing, under the Official Informafion Act 1982 (the Act), the fol owing 
informafion: 
 
Would like copies of the briefings related to the Electricity Authority 2425-1051, 
2425-0782, 2425-0299, 2324-3837. 
 
I am wrifing to advise you that MBIE wil  provide a response but needs to extend the fime 
available to answer your request. MBIE’s response will be sent to you no later than 2 December 
2025, an extension of 15 working days. 
 
The reason for the extension is that consultafions necessary to make a decision on your request 
are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original fime limit.
