deemed to be official information under the Act, so this response only covers information
held by the Prime Minister from when he came to office from 23 November 2023.
Information being released
The Prime Minister proactively releases copies of his ministerial diary on the Beehive website
at the following li
nk. Ministerial Diaries | Beehive.govt.nz These diaries are provided in a
searchable format. Accordingly, your request for a list of meetings is refused under section
18(d) of the Act, as they are publicly available.
This is the only official information held by this office identified as relevant to your request.
The Prime Minister often meets with people that represent different organisations however
these are not always organised as formal meetings and can be at other locations and
happen organically e.g. Field days. The Prime Minister may have met with individuals while
at events or visits without necessarily knowing that they were representatives or staff from
any of the organisations from your requests. Where no records of any such informal
meetings exist, it is not possible to provide you with a comprehensive list.

event and may have informally met representatives
