Parliamentary Review Committee
Following Cabinet confirmation, in accordance with section 112O of the Health Act 1956 (the
Act), I hereby appoint you as a member of the National Cervical Screening Programme
Parliamentary Review Committee 2025 (the Review Committee) for one review cycle
commencing on 14 July 2025 and ending on 31 December 2025.
Thank you for your willingness to serve on the Review Committee. A copy of the terms of
reference, including the conditions of your appointment, are attached. Please ensure you
familiarise yourself with these and with Part 4A of the Act, prior to formally acknowledging
