(MBIE) requesfing, under the Oﬃcial Informafion Act 1982 (the Act), the fol owing informafion about the
Internafional Visitor Conservafion and Tourism Levy (IVL):

I am interested to know the total of money collected by the from when it was raised to
$100  -  over the period October 1st 2024 to October 1st 2025.

MBIE reports on the (IVL) revenue bi-annual y (end June and end December).  You can ﬁnd this
informafion for the period October 2024 – July 2025 at: hftps://www.mbie.govt.nz/immigrafion-and-

The informafion for the period July 2025 to October 2025, wil  be made publicly available at that link by
the end of December 2025.
