Thank you for your email of 4 October 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the following information: 
 
Please supply me with an Excel spreadsheet containing all rental bond data covering the time 
period 1 Apr 2022 to the 31 Aug 2025, where: 
 
1. Each row represents either one bond lodged or a bond that was topped up because the rent was 
increased. 
 
2. The SAU location ID is the following: 
- 207800, Wairoa 
 
3. The columns are: 
- The SAU location ID 
- The name of the SAU location as supplied above 
- The type of property house, flat etc 
- The number of bedrooms in the property. 
- The date the bond was lodged. 
- The rent price per week of the property the bond was lodged for. 
- An indicator to show if the row is a new bond lodgement or an existing bond topup.
