I refer to your email of 28 September 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and 
Employment (MBIE) requesting information under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
On 6 October 2025, your request was transferred in full under section 14 of the Act by MBIE 
to the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) for response. Specifically, you asked:
