NOMINATIONS have officially CLOSED!

The "unofficial preliminary list" is attached and above.  We expect to see 1 or 2 more
valid nominations added to this list for Waipapa and Kaikohe community board
subdivisions that are under review by the Electoral Officer.
We have 1 candidate that has declared affiliation to "Sovereign" which has been
highlighted as a potential risk Nationally due to some unruly behavior in different parts of
the country. https://www.sovereign.nz/ @Carla Ditchfield let's please discuss risk
mitigation again etc next week when we meet please.
Ensure your managers (and their teams) confirm acknowledgment of council officer
protocols and a plan is in place should anything be perceived to put the integrity of the
election in question. Any questions reach out to me/Carla or our Electoral Officer - Dale
Ofsoske.
