Any documents or emails that reference a further restructure. This should include any 
current draft, or in the works documents, as well as any emails from senior leaders on this 
topic 
 
Kāinga Ora can advise that, as no formal change processes are planned at this stage, there is 
therefore no related material. Your request is therefore refused under section 18(e) of the Act, in 
that the document alleged to contain the information request does not exist, or despite reasonable 
effort to locate it, cannot be found.
