member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment 
Disputes for a further period of six years from the date of this letter. 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade wil  arrange for the International Centre in 
Washington to be notified of your re-designation.   Should you need to contact the Ministry,
