It was great to speak with you regarding the upcoming by-election for Tāmaki Makaurau Electorate.
Please find attached the relevant information for the recruitment of staff to work in the voting place at
Ruapōtaka Marae and relevant JDs. I am happy to arrange a time to help with the completion of the attached
forms or available to answer any questions.
As mentioned the electoral commission will host voting place training starting next week so if you have
interested people here, I am happy to arrange available times that will suit.
I do apologies for any inconvenience if you were waiting on follow up from the Electoral Commission.
Approx hourly rates to be confirmed by our HR department are:
Voting place Manager: $34.54
Issuing Officer: $28.95
Voter Assistant: $28.95

Friday 5th Sept, 10-4pm
