Have attached for you a template with all details needed as well as roles that will be available within the voting place. I’ll e-introduce you here to @Gee Tatana who is the Electorate
Manager for the Tāmaki Makaurau by-election and will be the main point of contact, I am here though also if you need.
 
I’ve gone through each marae within the collective and identified which Māori electorate each sits in. At this point and time within the Tāmaki Makaurau Electorate, we have not yet
reached out to, but are super keen to work with Piritahi Marae, Te Tira Hou Marae, Te Unga Waka Marae, Ngāti Ōtara and Te Māhurehure.
 
As mentioned, we are on tight timeframes, feel free to add our contact details directly in to your comms to mitigate emails on your end, if need be. If we could have responses by EOD
Thursday confirming interest, then we’ll follow up with a visit ā kanohi.
