“I request all communication between any member of the Royal Commission 
of Inquiry – COVID phase 2 and yourself and/or members of your office. This 
includes, but is not limited to, any emails, briefings, text or phone calls, text 
messages (on any platform) or any other information.” 
This Office holds no Official Information related to your request. Any information that 
may be held would be as Leader of New Zealand First and is not within scope of the 
OIA. Therefore, your request has been refused under section 18(e) of the act, 
because the information you have requested does not exist. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of this decision by the Office
