(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:
I require all communications (including but not limited to letters, emails, messages, and 
recollections of verbal conversations) between anyone in your department, including all your 
component parts (for example, Immigration NZ), and Stuart Nash or anyone from or representing 
Nash Kelly Global.
A search of our records has not found any communications with Nash Kelly Global. Therefore, I am 
refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act, as the document alleged to contain the information 
requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
