Thank you for your email of 19 August 2025 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I am writing to request al  information and communications since 1 Jan 2022 within NZTA 
and between NZTA and external parties regarding works or upgrades on the SH8 /Lindis 
bridge crossing. 
 
On 22 August you clarified your request to be for: 
 
Please restrict this request to information on the intersection and bridge as a result of plans for 
the proposed gold mine by Matakanui Gold and/or Santana minerals.
