Official information request on road vesting records SO 491571,
I refer to your request for information dated 18 August 2025 for all TCDC records relating to
the vesting as road of land shown as Section 1 18 implemented by Gazette 2015-ln7013 (4
Dec 2015). Please find attached documentation located and comments below.
1. All TCDC records relating to the vesting as road of land shown as Section 1 SO 491571,
implemented by Gazette 2015-ln7013 (4 Dec 2015), including reports, resolutions,
engineer’s certificates, notices, and correspondence with LINZ and DoC.
Correspondence from TCDC, Surveyor, LINZ, Curnow Tizard and DOC are attached, with
Gazette Notice. There were no resolutions or engineer's certificates located.
2. Any TCDC knowledge of, or interaction with, the earlier Conservation Act easement over
the same corridor (YEC 7258072.1, DP 370526, CIR 352473 (Cancelled))
