Response to your OIA request 
Thank you for your message dated Wednesday 13 August 2025, requesting ‘the total cost of 
publication of the BSA annual report including any contract spending, graphic design, printing, 
and staff time’.  
The total of designing, producing, and publishing our 2024 Annual Report was 
NZD$16,004.20 (including GST). This figure does not include ‘staff time’. No staff worked 
solely on the Annual Report and our team does not track their hours using timesheets. 
However, we estimate the aggregate number of staff hours spent working on the Annual 
Report was 91 hours. 
We sincerely apologise again for the delay in our response. As previously noted, your request 
was initially overlooked due to an administrative/technical oversight. Our Annual Report has 
also  been  in  development  up  until  this  week,  which  meant  we  were  unable  to  provide  the 
requested information earlier.
