The Health Research Council of New Zealand (HRC) received an email from you on Friday, 
8 August 2025 requesting the following information under the Of icial Information Act, 1982 
(OIA):   
Please provide all communications (including letters, emails, texts, and written 
electronic messages) between the HRC and the Minister of Health (or the relevant 
ministerial advisor, or Ministry of Health official) that address the delay in announcing: 
[1] the results of the 2025 round of programme and project funding; and  [2] the 
opening of the 2026 round of programme and project funding.

appended to this letter:
