Your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-042015
Thank you for your email of 3 August 2025, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1. How long the ACC are averaging to meet Court orders directions?
2. How many complaints have been lodged relating to ACC failing to comply with court orders or
directions?
Our response
Court directions have mandated timeframes to which ACC adheres. However, ACC does not record
average timeframes to meet Court order directions in its systems. Therefore, we are refusing this part of
your request under 18(g) as the requested information is not held by ACC.
ACC is not aware of any complaints regarding non-compliance with Court order directions. Please note
that if a claimant has a particular concern about ACC failing to comply with Court imposed directions,
counsel acting for ACC or Legal Services is best placed to assist.
