Dear Mr Langley,
Official Information Act request
We refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (
OIA) dated 3 August
2025 as follows:
I would like to know how many deals have come to fruition as a result of the Investor Summit in
March.
I would ideally like a list of the investment in terms of description, scope and financial value that
can be directly attributed to the summit. Would be very handy to have a timeline for the
commencement and/or completion of each project.
National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Ltd (NIFFCo) attaches as an appendix to this letter
information responding to your request.
Please note that we only have access to information relating to public infrastructure transactions
involving private capital. Deals resulting from the Investor Summit which relate to private commercial
activities, market-based provision of infrastructure, or public infrastructure provision not involving
private capital are not monitored by NIFFCo. Information on deals relating to Market-Led Proposals
cannot be disclosed (OIA s. 9(2)(b)(ii)) but we can confirm that no Market-Led Proposal transactions
have been completed at this time.
NIFFCo notes that you are entitled to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman under section
28(3) of the OIA.
Yours sincerely
Hamish Glenn
