I refer to your letter of 20 August 2015 and our correspondence on 16 October 2015 in
which you requested the following information under the Official Information Act 1982
(OIA):
"Please provide a list of successful, commercial applications, with name of applicant
and the nature and exact quantity and value of the export item for an export permit
(single, multiple or general consents) under part 1 of the Strategic goods list for the
financial years 2013/14 and 2014/15 (the last, if currently available)"
This letter advises that due to the necessity for further consultation, we will need to extend
the time limit for responding to you by 30 working days, to 9 December 2015.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to seek a review of this response by the
Ombudsman.
