ACC Culture Review – AOG Consultancy Services Order  
Following your advice that you are resigning from your role as an independent reviewer for the 
ACC Culture Review, I am writing to confirm that the AOG Consultancy Services Order between 
the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and RDC Group (2021) Limited (RDC) dated 28 
March 2025 (the CCO) including the subsequent variation dated 17 June will be terminated by 
mutual agreement from 2 July 2025. 
Clause 14.2(c) of the CSO provides that on expiry or termination of the CSO for any reason, 
each party will, within five business days of receiving notice from the other party, return all 
Documentation, Confidential Information or other property belonging to the other party (or 
destroy it), except to the extent that it is required to be retained by law.  I confirm that, rather 
than returning this material to ACC, RDC should provide this information to the other 
independent reviewer, Pip Muir of Simpson Grierson.  I understand that all such material will be 
transferred by 2 July 2025. 
Otherwise, in accordance with the CSO: 
•  RDC will be paid for all services supplied before 2 July 2025, as per clause 14.2(a); and 
•  RDC remains bound by those provisions of the CSO which survive termination including 
clause 10 regarding confidentiality, as per clause 14.2(b)(ii).
