Thank you for your email of 17 July 2025 to the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) making an 
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request. Specifically, you asked for:  
 
a PDF copy of the registrars court announcement book, I saw it during a tour of the supreme 
court.  
 
The information you requested is held by the Court and is therefore not subject to the Act 
under section 2(6)(a). I am therefore refusing your request under section 18(g) of the Act, 
because the information is not held by the Ministry.
