Sarah  Petersen  declared  her  potential  conflict  due  to  her  Tupu  Tonu 
directorship.  She also disclosed that a distant relative is a Trustee for the Claude 
Switzer Memorial Trust. 
Brian  Donnelly  confirmed  his  ongoing  relationship  with  Ministry  of  Housing  & 
Urban Development.

Resignation of Alternate Director, Bob Trautz 
Sarah  Petersen  advised  the  Board  of  Bob  Trautz’s  resignation  as  alternate 
Director on her behalf.  Bob was thanked for this service in this role.

The first LP Board meeting was held in Wellington on Thursday 6 April 2023. The 
vacancy of a second FNHL designated Board member for the LP Board was 
discussed. 
The Board approved the recommendation of Robert Binney to fil  this vacancy.
