CE presented the report. Regarding Broadway, Kaikohe (Ex RSA), finalisation of 
the NewCo formation for the lease assignment from Far North Housing Ltd was 
raised  as  the  remaining  item  to  conclude  with  HUD.  It  was  mentioned  that 
additional publicity is planned for stages 2 and 3 upon families moving in.
