Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry 
of Health – Manatū Hauora (the Ministry) on 15 July 2025 for information regarding 
payments to the United Nations (UN) and World Health Organization (WHO). You 
requested:  
“Can you please provide me with a list of all payments made by the Ministry of 
Education and its subsidiaries to the UN and WHO over the last 10 years. This can be 
in summary format” 
On 17 July 2025, you clarified that your request was intended to refer to the Ministry of 
Health, and not the Ministry of Education. 
The WHO is the only UN agency that the Ministry provides payments to. You can see the 
list of the payments made to the WHO over the last 10 years in document 1 which is 
appended to this letter.
