Thank you for your email of 9 September 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:
Thank you for your response to my OIA. Could you please clarify how the summary of "feedback, 
which outlines the key themes from agencies and external consultations" was collected? If a form of 
Generative AI, e.g. a Large Language Model (LLM) such as Copilot, was utilised, please provide a verbatim 
chat transcript (prompt and response) that generated the summary.
Please find attached the documentation relevant to your request. 
We used Co-pilot to help summarise the key themes that emerged from the agency and external 
consultations. The inputs and results were then checked against the raw data to ensure accuracy before 
forming the summary of feedback, in line with MBIE’s AI guidance.
