Thank you for your information request dated  8  Hōngongoi  2025.  You asked for the 
following information:  
 
“The Waitangi Tribunal Review has sent to Government Departments a series of 
questions seeking their views on the Waitangi Tribunal. 
 
Please provide me with a copy of these questions, and the list of Departments 
that the reviewers have sought feedback from.” 
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the Of icial Information Act 1982 
(Act). 
 
The information you requested regarding the questions sent to Government Departments 
and the list of Departments approached for feedback wil  soon be publicly available. This 
information is scheduled for release by 8 Hereturikōkā 2025. 
 
Once  released,  the  information  wil   be  available  on  our  website 
at: https://www.tpk.govt.nz/en/a-matou-whakaarotau/proactive-release-of-papers. 
 
Therefore, your request is declined under section 18(d) of the Act, on the grounds that the 
information requested wil  soon be publicly available.
