Thank you for your request of 5 July 2025 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities for the 
following information under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
  •  provide details relating to any known further restructures expected to occur between 
July 2025 and June 2026, including any held drafts for any proposals for restructures 
for that period. 
 
We have interpreted the word ‘restructures’ in your question to mean people change 
processes which may, or wil , result in a reduction in the number of Full-Time Equivalent 
roles.   
Kāinga Ora is on a transformation journey. As we progress through our Transformation 
workstreams, we may need to make further changes to improve our services and financial 
sustainability. However, I can advise that there are no specific additional change processes 
planned at this stage.
