I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) 
dated 22 June 2025: 
 
“Please provide all test/exam papers for the course EEEN201 for the years 2020 to 
2024.” 
 
EEEN201 was first offered in 2021. Test papers for EEEN201 for the years 2021-2024 are 
attached. Your request for test papers for EEEN201 in 2020 is refused in accordance with 
s18(e) of the Act as the information does not exist. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of the 
decisions made regarding this request. Information about how to make a complaint is
