Official Information Act request for reason sunshine hours were removed. 
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated 21 June for 
the reason the sunshine hours were removed from the Past Weather section of your 
website from April 2023. 
Please note that because your request via FYI was not forwarded to the correct address, 
we did not receive this request until 28 July 2025. Consequently, 28 July is the date of 
receipt. 
As a result, response is due as soon as reasonably practicable and in any case no longer 
than 20 working days after 28 July 2025, that being 25 August 2025. If we are unable to 
respond to your request by then, we wil  notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
