As discussed with Amie the following takes effect today:

B507 G.00L1 – remains Monday to Friday 0730-1830, but is programmed for confirmed After
Hours programming

removed from building After Hours programming schedule
added to appropriate Monday to Friday 0730-1830 External Unkock Times schedule  
 
B507 G.00L4/2 – removed from building after hours programming schedule; no reason why
this should have been on the schedule as unlocked 24/7
B507 G.00L4/3 – removed from building after hours programming schedule; no reason why
this should have been on the schedule as unlocked 24/7

Afternoon Access control,
Just been working with Ben and John as well as the event people to make the following
changes.
Can we please have the following doors only open for weekend bookings:
B507 G.00L1
B507 G00L4/3
B507 G.004/2
The remaining external doors should revert back to the normal setting please.
John and I will be in touch if one of the weekend bookings require either of the two external
doors
