1.  Can you please provide the amount of petrol charged by the CEO on her fuel card since 1 
August 2024 till today. 
Please find below a list of fuel cost per month as requested. Note May 2025 is the latest month 
costs currently available. The Chief Executive’s contract al ows for full private use of the company 
vehicle for which she pays a salary sacrifice of $15,600.
