Thank you for your email of 13 June 2025 to Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Wellington City Council (the Council)
requesting the following information:

Could you please advise the usage assumptions in the business case for the above cycle rack, and
what measurement against those assumptions has been reported since the rack's completion.
Your request has been considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA).
The LGOIMA act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days
after the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit, and we
are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 18 July 2025.
This extension is necessary because consultations with our teams are necessary to make a decision on your
request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
You have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(1) of the LGOIMA, to request an investigation and
review of the Council’s decision to refuse information by the Ombudsman. Information about how to make a
