Bonus Floor Provision
Thank you for your information request dated 10 June 2025, regarding a complete list of
spaces under the Bonus Floors Provision in the Auckland CBD. I also wish to apologise for
the delay in getting this response to you and thank you for your patience while we have
worked on this response.
The specific details of your request and our response is below.
I am specifically interested in the most-up-to-date version of the following documents,
or any reasonably similar equivalents:

Additionally, I would like to request any similar documents or databases regarding the
latest information on this topic, particularly any with a complete list of sites which
provide public accessways.
In response to this request, I consulted with the council’s Planning team to identify any
relevant and up-to-date information.
We have been advised that unfortunately, the council does not hold any more recent
information on public through-site links secured under the former Bonus Floor provisions
for the City Centre in the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part).
The documents referred to in your request remain the most up-to-date versions available.

the locations referenced in the Waitematā Local Board document published on the council
