Thank you for your email on 9 June 2025, asking Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for the 
following under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the OIA):  
“A press release on 6 June by Minsters Brown and Doocey is an announcement of a "new 
mobile ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist clinic ... launched in Northland, bringing high-
quality specialist care directly to local communities". 
Is this specialist mobile clinic owned and operated by Te Whatu Ora?  
If not, who is the operator and when were they contracted to perform this service.”

Set out below is a response to your request. 
Is this specialist mobile clinic owned and operated by Te Whatu Ora?  
The new mobile ENT clinic is owned by Tarāpunga Trust and operated by Te Whatu Ora.  
If not, who is the operator and when were they contracted to perform this service.” 
There is no operator contracted to perform this service as it is operated by Te Whatu Ora.
