o Villages note as empty or under-utilised on Sundays due to
religious celebration. Suggestion on portion sharing of the
village to make more things work to prompt more Sunday
shows to keep the village attended by the public if. Main
Villages noted: Haiwi, Tahiti, & Karibati.
o Noted lack of time to schedule performers in a small area.
Suggestion that each village has their own fale.

The layers of each village is important, and it
may have been some time since we were in a good space.
However, there is optimism in the progression moving forward
- Stallholder Dates

Delay in applications going out. Applications open between 22nd
oct – 15 DEC. full applications will be given to VCAs 20 DEC. 5th
of Jan announcement. 16th Jan 24th FEB

Criteria on vendor applications questioned. Pan Pasifika, were
very dominated - Speaking of “The Hub”.

If the hub is to return will be dependent on site layout.
Ultimately the trustees are the ones that need to guide any out
of purpose vendors in order for TAU to recognise and restrict
certain vendors.

List to be created and kept separate for future purposes.

Noted that’s in previous years VCAs has previously put together
a list of things OKAY for all 11 nations. Current team does not
have oversite of this list. Request made to all meeting attendees
to share this document if I can be located by anyone.
