I am responding to your email of 2 June 2025 to the Department of Internal Affairs (the
Department) requesting the fol owing under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
In January 2018, Deputy CEO of DIA, Marilyn Little commissioned a review of the LGC
from the RDC Group to be completed by 28 February. Release of the results was
promised but I am not aware that this review has been released.
Response to your request
I am refusing your request under section 18(d) of the Act, as the information you have
requested is publicly available on the Department’s website at the following link:
