Official information request for EEEN 313 and EEEN 320 test papers 
 
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) 
dated 31 May 2025: 
 
“Please provide all test/exam papers for the course EEEN313, EEEN320  for the 
years 2019 to 2024.” 
 
EEEN 313 and EEEN 320 courses were introduced in 2021. Information for years prior to 
that cannot be made available as the information does not exist. Furthermore, in 2021, 
EEEN 313 utilised assignments for assessment rather than tests so there are no test or 
exam papers to provide for EEEN 313 in that year. Therefore, these aspects of your 
request are refused in accordance with s18(e) of the Act. 
 
Test and exam papers for EEEN 313 for years 2022-2024 are attached. 
 
Test papers for EEEN 320 for years 2022 and 2024 and exam papers for EEEN 320 for 
years 2023 and 2024 are attached. 
 
Due to changes of academic staff associated with this course, other test and exam papers 
for EEEN 320 could not be located. Therefore, these aspects of your request are refused 
in accordance with s18(e) of the Act.
