Thank you for your email of 22 May 2025, asking for the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
1.  An I T Sweep of the ACC system using Keywords Runit League and provide the result of that 
Sweep 
2.  In the Context of Prevention of Injury regarding Runit League, Please Supply separately copies of 
verbatim information that the ACC have researched this New League 
 
Our response 
We conducted an email sweep as requested on 27 May 2025, but did not identify any emails containing 
the keywords ‘Runit League’ (except for those about this information request). ACC has not done 
research specifically on Runit to date.  
 
As such, we are refusing your request for information as the documents alleged to contain the 
information requested do not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate them, cannot be found. This 
decision is made is under section 18(e) of the Act. 
 
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public 
ACC may publish a copy of this response on ACC’s website. All requester data, including your name 
and contact details, will be removed prior to release. The released response will be made available
