Updated November 2024 (v1.1)
Background
The Immigration New Zealand (INZ) Success Measures Framework is designed to improve
transparency for staff and people leaders on what success looks like for certain roles within
INZ.
Through improving transparency and awareness this will empower staff to succeed and
support their development in collaboration with people leaders. In doing so, this will
support INZ in achieving its performance objectives and obligations.
The Framework places the MBIE Values as the foundation of our people’s success and is
predicated on the follow
ing pillars:
• Delivering on quality.
• Managing immigration risk.
• Being productive.
By living our Values and delivering on quality, managing immigration risk and being
productive, our people can successfully support INZ’s customers.
