Thank you for your email of 20 May 2025to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

-The internal checklists used by Immigration New Zealand officers when assessing various types of
partnership visa applications.
- Pay range for each job position at Immigration New Zealand in Hamilton
- Staff turnover rate for each job position at Immigration New Zealand in Hamilton for the past
five years
I am writing to advise you that MBIE wil provide a response but needs to extend the time available to
answer your request. MBIE’s response wil be sent to you no later than 7 July 2025.
The reason for the extension is that your request is for a large quantity of information and meeting the
original time limit would unreasonably interfere with our operations.
