Subject: COMMERCIALLY SENSITIVE Presentation : Exploration Bendigo ‐ Ophir Exploration for Gold Project (Santana
& Matakanui Gold) ‐
Hi Tami, Rachel and Peter
I attended a Microsoft Teams Meeting hosted by BMIE relating to the exploration activities between Ophir and
Bendigo. Below, please see some of the screenshots taken of the presentation. A meeting is scheduled on 09 August
2021 at 14:00 with Anita Collie, the principal planner appointed by Matakanui Gold. She would like to explore my
request for baseline data.

Further prospecting/exploration work to be completed:
Increasing the inferred resources:
Heap leaching is currently the most feasible mining method option.
1Mil ounce target will determine mining feasibility.
Consenting & economics are key.
New MRE expected.
Joon questions:
Feasibility is also driven by the Gold Price ‐ At which
Gold Price Low would the
project not be considered viable? ‐ Answer from Matakanui is that the Gold Price
does not currently affect the feasibility
Joon request baseline groundwater & soil data when available
ORC Way forward ‐ Stay in contact with 7(2)(a)
and provide consent and
compliance direction and provide the proponent with Water Plan Changes
