Bobby Neilson
[FYI request #30989 email]
Tēnā koe Bobby Neilson,
I write in response to your request dated 15 May 2025, for information under the Of icial
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
I am a NZ citizen and as my right, I request under the OIA, all documents and
correspondence shared between Matt Crockett and Tracey Taylor, in relation to the 2025
restructure. This should include any information dating prior to 2025, that relate to the
recently released restructure proposal. This should also include any papers or
correspondence that went to the board, or other members of the executive leadership team.
A search of emails between the Chief Executive and General Manager of People, Governance and
Capability, using key words related to the change processes occurring in 2025, returned a result of
over 1,200 emails. To review each email to determine whether or not it is within the scope of your
request would have a significant administrative impact, and therefore this part of your request is
declined under section 18(f) of the Act, as
“the information requested cannot be made available
without substantial collation or research”.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. There
is information about how to make a complaint at
https:/ www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or by
freephone
on 0800 802 602.
Please note that Kāinga Ora proactively releases some responses to official information requests
where possible. Our response to your request may be published

information removed.
Nāku iti noa, nā
