We refer to your official information request dated 15 May 2025 requesting 
“information regarding allegations against the Deputy Principal and the reason for 
the suspension of the Deputy Principal”.  
 
We enclose a copy of the email sent on Wednesday 14 May 2025 to our community. 
We have decided to decline the remainder of your request in accordance with section 
9(2)(a) of the Official Information Act.   We consider that withholding is necessary in 
order to protect the privacy of the Deputy Principal.  The public interest in disclosure 
does not outweigh the privacy interests in our opinion. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
