Council) requesting the following information:
1. Total OPEX for the last three years
2. Total Rates received only for the last three years

Total OPEX for the last three years
This information is publicly available within the Council’s
Annual Reports- Volume 2, within the section
titled ‘Statement of Comprehensive Revenue and Expense’. The table below has been created using
this information online and provides you with the total operating expenditure for the last three financial
years:

Please note, Wel ington Waterfront Limited is the company that holds the Wellington waterfront land
as bare trustee for the Council. As the operations of the waterfront and its assets are managed by the
Council, these are already accounted for in the Council’s financial statements and have not been
included in the above information.
